Juliet, Benjamin Hubert for Poltrona Frau

The italian furniture company poltrona frau's launched an international competition whose brief asked
participants to utilize traditional upholstery techniques under the theme 'a chair to spend time in'.

The winner was the chair "Juliet"by Benjamin Hubert.

Raptus and Roses

A very creative Italian lady, Silvia Bisconti, is the mind behind Raptus and Roses, a fashion studio in Belluno, North Italy. Silvia carefully select vintage textile and vintage dresses around the world.
She then design new pieces combining the textiles and the dresses patterns . I love these "frocks" they are unique and very feminine. You can see the available models on the web and follow Silvia on her blog.
