Their products are the results of research and experiments in the textile industry.

IMISO ceramic

Imiso is the ceramic studio of four young South African artists. After presenting at Design Indaba ( the SA Design Expo) on 2006, the business exploded. They are now selling in Paris, New York and Anthropology got also their ceramics in the collection. You can see their beautiful range of products on their web.

Willowlamps from SA

These beautifuls lamps are from the design duo ‘Team2’, Adam Hoets and Sian Eliot.
These young an talented designers are based in Cape Town, were they produce their lamps as well. They industrially manufacture the elements but each lamp is painstakingly hand-assembled. Each of the hundreds of chain strands are cut and attached by hand.

Manon Gignoux textile sculptures

On World of Interiors issue I saw the amazing work of Manon Gignoux. She is a French artist who makes sculptures, accessories, clothes and dressed objects. As you can see she has a very strong and unique style which I immediately loved. She is also making costumes and installations.

A duo of french designers has opened this shop/atelier, they design and produce from this lovely place located in the Marais, Paris.I like this clean and poetic approach, it is all hand made.You can see their complete range of products here.
